UBC Senate motions on use of remote proctoring software
The motions, effective immediately, restrict the use of automated remote invigilation tools like Proctorio that use algorithmic analysis of data recorded during invigilation at UBC on both campuses, except where accreditation bodies explicitly require remote proctoring software.

Saying ‘goodbye’ to Collaborate Ultra
Following winter term 2, 2021, UBC will no longer be using the virtual classroom tool Collaborate Ultra. Please make sure any course recordings you have stored in the tool have been downloaded by July 2021.
